#TRUSTMYCOACH is a functional training program brought to you by Lucas Kruel! The #TRUSTMYCOACH training program also includes nutritional and sleeping guides, pro workouts, a warm-up and boost workouts, blogs and an exercise library!
Do I need equipment to do the #TRUSTMYCOACH trainings?
You don’t need any fitness equipment. You will only be using your body! However, it is strongly recommended that you always have a bottle of water and a yoga mat or towel is helpful too!
Where can I do the #TRUSTMYCOACH trainings?
You can do the #TMC trainings anywhere and at any time. You only need a small space that is safe enough for your body to execute the #TMC techniques.
Do I need to be an athlete or have a high level of fitness to do the #TRUSTMYCOACH program?
Absolutely not! #TRUSTMYCOACH has been tailored for people of all ages, fitness level and health goals. Lucas has designed the workouts to be suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced athletes.
What type of training does #TRUSTMYCOACH offer?
Lucas’ #TRUSTMYCOACH program specifies in functional training that targets the entire body while using no equipment.
What is the duration of the #TRUSTMYCOACH Workouts?
The #TRUSTMYCOACH Workouts generally last for 20-30 minutes.
What is functional training?
Functional training targets strength, mobility and stability in one’s body. It focuses heavily on the core part of your body and improves balance, co-ordination, agility and endurance. You can check out the #TMC blog ‘Benefits of Functional Training’ on the #TRUSTMYCOACH website.
Is it OK to adjust the workout to my physical needs?
Yes! Lucas always stresses the importance of listening to your own body in all areas of life. If you are feeling too tired during an exercise and can’t do more, feel free to adjust the time or the repetitions. Likewise if you have had a past injury or have a current injury (and your doctor has approved of your participation in the #TRUSTMYCOACH program), feel free to adjust the exercises to protect that injured part of your body. As long as you are trying your best considering your circumstances, this is all that Lucas asks for. It is important to be aware of your limitations and adjust accordingly.
Can I do the exercises if I have an injury?
The #TRUSTMYCOACH exercises are low impact and can be adapted to suit each persons physical needs. In fact, functional training is recommended for recovery and preventing injuries. However, if you are dealing with an injury, we strongly advise that you consult your doctor before participating in the #TRUSTMYCOACH program. It is important to be aware of your limitations and adjust accordingly.
Does the #TRUSTMYCOACH program help prevent back pain?
Yes! Functional training helps develop a better range of movement, increased posture, increased strength of muscles and stability, decrease in joint pain and the exercises are low impact. All in all, functional training helps you to live out your life in an easier, stronger and pain free way.
Can I do the #TRUSTMYCOACH program while pregnant or after child birth?
Unfortunately, this program is not tailored for women who are pregnant and who have recently had a child. Although this program is low impact, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor regarding your physical activity before participating in the #TRUSTMYCOACH program or other exercises.
Allergies and Intolerances
The #TRUSTMYCOACH Nutritional Guidelines and Information are not tailored for allergies and/or intolerances. We recommend using the #TRUSTMYCOACH Health guidelines as suggestions and adjust it to your personal health needs. If you do have any food intolerances and/or allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor before adapting the #TRUSTMYCOACH Nutritional Guides to your personal diet.
