Before you begin training, you will need to take a quick fitness test. Once completed, you will be assigned an appropriate #TRUSTMYCOACH Training Program that is tailored to your fitness level.
3 full body trainings per week for 6 weeks + 3 Boost Workouts + 10 Live Workouts with the pros + Warm-Up + 2 extra weeks of catch up trainings

After your 8-week program, you can continue your full body strengthening and high performance training. By continuing, you will have access to all fitness levels, new workouts and member only training blogs.
