Ola, my name is Lucas Kruel.

I am the personal trainer of various professional footballers worldwide, such as Douglas Costa, Rafinha and Thiago.

For many years, I have been responsible for the development of customised functional workouts and the individual improvement of each of my customers. For professional athletes, their body is of absolute importance. They work hard to push their bodies to peak performance. But incorrect training can also quickly have a damaging effect.
